Specializing in adults 40+, Jesse focuses on healthy aging, balance, functional strength, and maintaining independence through safe, personalized fitness programs designed for real life.
Throughout his career, Jesse has worked with clients from many different backgrounds and fitness levels, helping individuals lose weight, improve mobility, rebuild confidence, increase strength, recover after setbacks, and continue living active lifestyles. His approach is centered around meeting people where they are and creating realistic programs that fit their goals, abilities, and daily life.
Through both in home personal training and LIVE virtual coaching, Jesse works with clients wherever they are in their journey, whether they are just getting started, returning after years away from exercise, rebuilding strength after life changes, or simply looking to stay active and maintain their health long term. He believes fitness should be adaptable, approachable, and sustainable.
Jesse also has experience working with clients using GLP-1 medications and understands the unique challenges that can come with significant weight loss and changes in body composition. He recognizes the importance of preserving muscle, improving mobility, maintaining strength, and supporting long term health through proper exercise and movement.
As the founder of Aging Strong Fitness, Jesse created a system focused on helping adults move better, feel stronger, and maintain the quality of life that matters most. His mission extends beyond traditional workouts and weight loss goals.
